help! pls answer ASAP!

i just downloaded the recent KOVA Roster, but the all the rookies, John Wall, Dominique Jones, etc, their heads are invisible and their arms are color white? i dunno whats wrong but can anyone pls help. >.<

download the other files their. like the cf's file.
