Ok, this is one of the most ugly bugs I've ever seen in a NBA PC game. I'm not talking about the drill development bug, that was fixed with the patch. When you play in the Assosiation Mode, your players ratings start to drop without any reason. Some say it's the chemistry, others the fatigue or even the role or playtime you give to the players. But how do you explain that the ratings keep dropping even when I have all those things ok? Positive chemistry, non fatigue and all the players are happy, but the ratings keep falling down.
For those that keep saying that this is not a bug, please explain this: I started a game in the association mode with the Raptors, then went to some random daily game against the Bulls (saved the game before the matchup), and when I got to the game presentation I quitted NBA 2K10 by hitting Alt+Ctrl+Del (went back to desktop) because some friends of mine came to visit. Then I restarted NBA 2K10, loaded the same Association Mode game to play that same matchup, but before that I went to my roster and... ALL THE PLAYERS RATINGS DROPPED ONE NUMBER!!!!! Then I saved the game and did the same thing again (started the same daily game againts the Bulls, and at the presentation hitted Alt+Ctrl+Del, went to desktop), restarted NBA 2K10 again, load the same Association Mode again, checked the player ratings and... THEY DROPPED MORE NUMBERS!!!!! I kept doing that till Chris Bosh went down to 65!!!!! So even if you haven't played any game or advanced any day in this mode, if you quit NBA 2K10, next time you restart it and load the same Association saved game, you will find out that your players ratings are down. Still thinking about some logical game explanation like fatigue or player roles? No my friends, I'm going back to NBA Live 07 with the SUM Mod. That was way better than this bugged piece of crap.
