Problem with loading season

I'm playing season and I have played about 70% of games. Last time I saved season without any problems. Today, when I was loading my season save - the game crashed (just turned off). What happened ? I have such a problem for the second time...
HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND RETRIEVE NORMAL SAVES ?
