Edited shoes coming back to default: Is this a glitch?

I just wondered, I've been editing some shoes like on Miami where home team has black (instead of white as a default), but it happens that when I play the game within couple of days, i noticed that Miami were wearing there default shoes and not what i have edited, but i know i have saved the game when the editing is done but still the default are keeps on coming back... why is this happening? Is this because of the live roster update? Or a glitch?

Please help, i just want to enlightened...
