NBA 2K10 online

I've made a account for playing online. I chose online team but if i start a pick-up game the time runs down i changed my statusto ready but it always will start new. whats the problem can anyone help me.

moved to the online section,

it's because in the countdown time people are supposed to be joining you, but the PC's online features are just really bad right now so finding and keeping matches are difficult
