why can't i throw up alley oops ?

the title says it, why can't i ? i'm currently playing association mode with the magic, i've tried tens of times pressing turbo+pass, but i've never seen a ball thrown up even though howard has an extremely high alley oop tendency..

That's right! Turbo+pass is for quick passes. Clutch + pass is the trigger for Alley Oops. Try this when a player is going through the lane, specially when asking for ball with the arms up. It takes a little practice though, but i think you're not getting 'cause of the wrong command.
