2 Gb RAM
Nvidia Geforce 9400 GT 512 DDR2
Windows XP home SP 3

Your CPU is far too weak and your graphic card is integrated. Sorry, you won't be able to squeeze much more FPS out of this...

Try to lower the crowd and the player detail, and look at the ultra high graphics patch thread, may help you...

Your processor is mainly what's killing you here.
