Game doesn't work, something weird..

First of all, i don't know if this is the right place to post it, if not please tell me where is the right place.

I installed the game yesterday, and when I pressed the shortcut on my desktop, my computer 'thought' for 3-4 sec. and then nothing happened.
I must say that i was playing nba 2k9 for like 8 months, when suddenly, one day, it happened. I have already tried to re-install but it didn't help.
When I installed 2k10 the same problem happened.

what can i do? has it happened to anyone here?


btw-
I have an excellent computer so it doesnt happen because my computer isnt good enough.
all the others new games work perfect.

Did you try to launch the game places other than the shortcut? Could it be the link is faulty?

Or try to restore the computer to a point when the game was running fine..

1. i tried to launch it from its folder and from the programs list and the same thing happened.

2. a while ago i cancelled the system restore because of a spyware so i cant use it.

anything else? ty..

i deleted all the files, re installed, switched crack, nothing helps..
it happenes both on 2K9 AND 2K10 and 2K9 worked for like 8 monthes..
