how to take screenshot?

Is there a special way of taking screenshots during a game. Tried the prinscreen function on my keyboard. when I paste it in Paint/Photoshop. it came out just a blank black screen.

use fraps or an alternative

fraps is the best way to take a snapshots and even a video......

I didn't intent to spam in the first place i just want to help...... and if you're new to the forum you will browse anything and i end up helping this guys who needs some tip...... i'm from the other forum and i'm very well known there helping other guys out there...... i just discovered this sites so i'm so sorry if this helpful tip is a spam from you.......

I don't care from whatever forum you came from or what you did there, at least bother reading short posts.

the outcome from u was very bad i don't care either how many years u are in this forum.... i just agree to jao so that the questioner will convince to used it besides i have added some info from fraps.... anyway thanks for the warm welcome...........
