1. What version of the game do you have? 1.0 or 1.1?
2. Is it the US version or the AUS/EUR version?

@damonrulz - its the EUR version. but how can i know what vesion of the game do i have? appreciate the reply! thanks man

All AUS/EUR versions of the game had this problem.
It is 1.0 when you first install it, then 1.1 if you installed the official patch released by 2K Sports. After this patch, even the US version had the problem. Its not just you, and there isn't a fix at the moment.
