I need Help installing the NBA2K_3D Mod tool

I have Autodesk 3D Max Studio 2009, and I need a little help installing nba2k 3d mod tool. There is no clear instructions for it only for blender. So I'm :bowdown: begging for someone in this forum to help me Thanks.
