Noisy sound while playing - how to fix?????

Have you guys encounter noisy sound which usually occurs after pausing the game either when changing the camera or just planely pausing it?
what i usually do is to pause, play , pause , play until the sound is gone.

anybody knows how to eliminate this issue?

My specs is C2D 2.13 2GB HD3650 512mb

control menu->sound & audio device->speaker setting->advanced->performance ->hardware accelaration->see it set to full,make this pointer towards left side second notch..it will fix your problem
