Timeout bug!!!

WOWWWW!!! The game has a timeout bug!!! I use automatic timeout.... When the AI called timeout it counted as 2.... I went from 7 timeouts to 5.... The couting is wrong!!!

Why so many "!!"? 
It's a known bug since 2k9, I personally prefer manual timeouts
