Concerning issue!!!

Has this happened to you in NBA or D-League...
I am currently playing for Miami Heat (yes, hooping with Dwade is as cool as it sounds haha)
But iv played about 6 games now with the heat, and now after every game my 2k insider keeps popping up and telling me i have offers from other teams and telling me i can pick one.. but problem is, THERE IS NOTHING TO BE DISPLAYED!!
It just shows your 'my player' home page with games completed, average team grade, next opponent, etc
I'm sure it should have a screen displaying some teams i can pick from lol like when you get invited to training camps... any ideas guys?
