I need help please

hi guys, i'm in a trouble. when I try to play online, the game runs well but a message apears all time saying that the server is full or searching for host,party, my connection is restricted..... always different messages. I check my connection, reinstall again the game... My OS is Windows Vista, don´t kown if the problem are the ports. Could you help me? Ty for your patience
