my player issue

HI everybody, I have a bug with my player mode , i can't save my player !! I don't know what's the probleme , its says : "save can't be created , save failed "
How can I solve this issue ?

problem solved , I have to re install the game in the main hard drive c: , and it works great

Explain more? My c: is full. If it doesnt install to another drive Im not getting it..

Last time , i've installed the game in my second partition ( D: ) and then i tryed to play "my player" mode and save, the game told me that it can't be saved due to an error , so i had to re install the game in the primary partition and now i can save "my player"
