Just a question...

Hey... I'm about to install NBA 2k10 in my pc. Will it work even if I dont have a sound card? Other requirements are ok.

You must have a sound device, I think. Even if it's onboard sound, you should be ok.
Check this link to see if you can run the game. Select NBA 2K10 from the list, and let it install the small software that analyzes your computer's capabilities.
