Ultra High Setting?

When I go to video options there is only settings for low, medium or high for the items listed. How or where am I able to access the Ultra High level?

there is no ultra high in 2k10, only high

I thought so. The thread for the ultra high fix got me searching for it. I was thinking that it had to be on ultra high to be able to make it work. So it does do the fix but for the high setting. Thanks for the heads up.
