How do I change a player's playing time in My Player mode?

Instead of changing the minutes per quarter, is there a way to increase a player's Playing time in My player mode? Or would it increase naturally if I perform well (e.g. A plus grades, etc)?

The cheat is activated if you see an animation of your player choking the coach like Sprewell did.
