instead of using my 9400 gt i used quadro fx 5800 it has 4gb and it has horsepower thats why it is called ultra-high end videocard
im playing my nba 2k9 with my 9400gt at its a bit lagg but when i used my quadro fx 5800 it is now smoother with ultra high settings than ever heheheh

With that video card do you still have to turn player, stadium, and fan detail down to the lowest setting or are you able to have the details at medium or high? Unfortunately for me, Im away at college with a dell laptop and my video card is pretty bad but there's nothing I can really do unless I get a new laptop. Even with all the details turned to low, the game still seems to lag for me?

not just that, but he sounded like a noob there..i mean a GTX 295 or a 5870 would spank that card for much less..that quadro card is just a GTX280 with some features activated for professional use..its a professional card FFS hence its more expensive..
