Should I buy 2K10 or stick with 2K9?

How about morphing in 2K10? Do players still run through other players? Do body parts go through others?

Why is the commentary the same as last year? Just watched some youtube-videos and the commentator sometimes said the same lines as last year.

Why aren't there player intros? Legal stuff, licences? But just saw that Live 10 does not seem to have these intros either...man, this is the best part of a game...this is what creates the atmosphere..."starting at center, with number 12, Dwight Howard"...

IMO buy 2k10

There is a lot less morphing this year, but there are a few instances of it still happening.

Commentary does say some of the lines from last year, but playing in the NBA today mode or Association mode is just damn amazing. They talk about the last game each team played in, how the players did, and the future schedule. The commentary went from a negative last year to a huge positive this year for me personally.

They dont do the intros because TV broadcasts dont usually show the intros aside from playoffs and the first game of the season. But they do have the signature player animations which are done a lot better than Live's.
