What controls a players stamina now

Ive always wondered what rating determines how quickly a player gets tired in this game bc the stamina rating is nowhere to be found. What does the conditioning rating do? Has it replaced stamina?

Yes, it's the conditioning rating. The higher the conditioning, the less the player's stamina bar goes out.
