Hey Haval, good to see you around. (Y) That reminds me, I should start up the official NLSC Wishlist compilation soon. I've been mulling over a few ideas I'll post soon.

1. Create a play.
2. Career mode.
3. Smoother gameplay.
4. Better animations, presentation (very vauge but I can go into detail).
5. In online mode being able to search a player and play him, not just random.
6. 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 21, H-O-R-S-E, etc... in Acadamy mode.
7. Better rim animations.
8. Edit defense and offense stratagies in timeouts

More to come as I think of them...

I'd be very surprised (and greatly disappointed) if it isn't.

Here's a few things that I've been mulling over.

I'd like to see the addition of over-the-back fouls and fouls away from the ball. It's my understanding these haven't been added due to issues with the collisions but hopefully they can make their way into the game next year. With those fouls in the game, players won't have to depend on shooting fouls and reach-ins to get into foul trouble, especially big men who frequently pick up a foul or two per game on over-the-back or fouls away from the ball, particularly when attempting to post up. A player's likelihood of committing a foul away from the ball would ideally depend on their Offensive/Defensive Awareness ratings in the hands of the CPU or the aggressiveness of the human user.

I'd also like to see similar controls to the old Freestyle Air, where the different face buttons are used to control whether a player attempts to grab the board, tip it in or attempt a tip slam, as well as being able to adjust a dunk or layup attempt in midair.

In Dynasty Mode, I'd like to be able to enter the NBA Academy whenever I feel like it (unless there's something I'm missing in NBA Live 09) instead of on a monthly basis to train or scrimmage with my team. I'd also prefer if the 365 updates didn't include real injury status (or at least the option to override it) as while it's a good idea in theory, it's unsuitable if you want to start a new Dynasty with the latest rosters.

How about create a team, like in the 2k series?

I would like to see a feature where after you dunk, you can choose how long you want to hold onto the rim for.

I remember doing that in the original Kobe Bryant in NBA Courtside.

(I haven't seen how's NBA Live on XBOX 360 so many of the things I'm mentioning may be already in the game)
1)A mode similar to the "Be A Pro" mode in FIFA (conrol a player throughout seasons you know what I mean) would be good
2)Better 3pt shootout (maybe like 2k with the power bar,not just shooting)
3)Create a team
4)Create a coach
5)More depth in create a player(layup-dunk-dribble packs,fadeaway-shooting-posting-free throw style, tendencies, potential,a list of nicknames to select, the ability to import portraits for created players)
6)Create a court
7)the ability to edit every aspect of a player
8)mini games like 21 and others from the psp console
9)pickup games in the street (1on1,2on2...10on10!!!) where you can choose the players you want for your team.
10)Create a fan (I think Madden has this feature)
11)Create a jersey (and assign to any team)
12)Some Euroleague teams and a Euroleague mode (e.g. Final 4)
13)More realistic gameplay (like the one 2k has...yes,I'm talking to you EA!!!)
14)Players (the most famous or unique or the ones with OVR over 80) should use the layups and dunks their real-life-counterparts use like the edit dunk packages of NBA Live 07 but with more depth like 2K9
15)I think its time for 00's All-Stars and a Euroleague All-Stars

That's all for now.Hope you like my suggestions!!!

Some of those are already featured in one way or another in NBA Live 09 on the 360/PS3. Euroleague teams are easier said than done because they need to pay for the licensing. They've only been able to secure the rights to include FIBA teams the last couple of years.

I want the Play of Terry Porter where Grant Hill will inbound the ball to STAT then Nash will set a screen for Hill then Hill will penetrate to the rim STAT will pass it to Hill while he is running to the basket and Hill will go for the quick lay-up,I also wish for 2010 that you can pass while in mid-air while doing a lay-up or a dunk

Agreed, breaking out of dunk/layup animations as well as dribbling animations is a must.
