Open NBA 2k15 Explorer.exe as administrator
Choose OC folder in “Preferences”
Click on “File “ and Load archives
Double click on OC
Click once on Archive Name
Select
YOUNG DR J
Unknown_260651 for young Erving’s face
Click on group_0_unknown_1
Click on face_color…dds
Import 260651 young dr j.dds
OLD DR J
Unknown_291189 for old Erving’s face
Click on group_0_unknown_1
Click on face_color…dds
Import 291189 old dr j.dds
Click on “File” >”Apply Changes”
Exit NBA 2k15 Explorer.
Now you’ve got Allen Iverson with his tattoos.
