This is a startup utility for NBA 2K13, which allows you to:
1. Unlock 2013 NBA All-Star Game/Arena (in Team Select Screen)
2. Unlock a hidden Jordan arena (in Team Select Screen)
It also randomly switches between fifteen different title screens for NBA 2K13. Note that this doesn't modify your NBA 2K13 .exe file.

1. When adding a new version of an existing file, please edit the previous upload.
