This is a Dion Waiters face for skintone 1. It is compatible with HAWK23's Ultimate Base Roster.
The face was originally made by a guy called '2008'. He made a fantastic Dion Waiters face - the best one I've seen - but I felt his skin was too light, so I made a darker version. Thought I'd share it. But all credit goes to him.

1. When adding a new version of an existing file, please edit the previous upload.
