Here is a solution to the court logos issue for non-US residents. Note that you must have the US version of the game for this to work.
How To Use:
1. Download this mod.
2. Extract both files into your NBA 2K12 folder.
3. Run the game via nba2k12.bat (you can also create a shortcut to this file and place it on your Desktop for easier access).
It will emulate US regional and language settings while the game is being launched, allowing the small court logos to be displayed.

1. When adding a new version of an existing file, please edit the previous upload.
